Extra fees may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other conditions not disclosed during booking.(PLEASE TAKE ANY PERSONAL BELONGINGS OUT OF THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO THE SERVICE) Damage Policy While every precaution is taken to protect your vehicle, the company is not liable for: -Pre-existing damage or defects in paint, clear coat, or interior materials. -Damage arising from poor previous work or repairs. -Items left in the car. If accidental damage occurs during service due to technician error, the company will take responsibility and make it right (through repair or compensation at reasonable cost).
