A legal disclaimer
At Elevation Detailing Co., we strive to deliver excellent detailing services and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our work and varying vehicle conditions, all services are provided under the following terms:

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are not automatically granted. Any refund, credit, or re-service will be provided solely at the business’s discretion after reviewing the circumstances. Requests for review must be made within 48 hours of service completion with photographic proof. -
Incomplete or Canceled Services by the Business:
In rare cases where we are unable to complete or proceed with a scheduled service due to weather conditions, equipment failure, unavailable staff, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will:-
Offer to reschedule the appointment at no additional charge, or

Provide a full or partial refund at the business’s discretion, depending on the work already performed.

Customer Cancellations or Rescheduling.
To cancel an appointment please contact us up to 12 hours before the appointment or you will be charged 25% of your total service if you cancel with less than 12 hours before your appointment. To reschedule please contact us up to 48 hours ahead of your appointment. -
Deposits: made to secure bookings are non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment at the business’s discretion.

Quality Concerns:
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can inspect the vehicle and determine an appropriate resolution. Resolutions may include a complimentary re-service or a partial refund, depending on the situation. -
Policy Updates:
Elevation Detailing Co. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
